Please be aware that all our items cannot be shipped to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau or the Pacific Islands.
You are highly recommended to avoid using the P.O Box address to receive the package.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Late/Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us with your Order ID and a tracking number which we sent you by e-mail. In the event of non-delivery, we can only resend the order or offer a gift certificate after the Post Office classifies the parcel as lost mail.
Please be noticed that the postal office always needs a few months to investigate the lost mail issue.
Please note if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local Mail sorting office.

Taxes & Duties
The price you paid on the website does NOT include the tax in the destination country or region.
If you choose express delivery, for most of the time in most of the countries or regions do not need you paid the tax, but if the goods are too big or the value of the good too large, the custom may ask you pay the import tax, in that case, you have to pay the tax by yourself.
If you choose ocean shipment, you have to pay the import tax when doing custom clearance.
For return item(s), all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
